SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location and local postal service.
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high-demand periods, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
RETURNS (CHANGE-OF-MIND)
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
This applies to both EU and international customers.
Return conditions
Returned items must:
Be unworn and unwashed
Be in original condition
Have all tags attached
Be free from stains, scents, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
IMPORTANT: RETURNS VS EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
This means we cannot swap items for a different size, color, or style.
If you would like a different item or size:
Return your original item (if eligible)
Place a new order through our store
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
EU customers will also receive a refund of the original standard shipping cost, as required by consumer law
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
