SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location and postal service.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

• Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is pleased to assist with exchanges, alternative sizes, colours, or store credit. You may exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

As part of our commitment to thoughtful consumption and slow fashion, we encourage customers to contact us before placing an order for sizing advice, fit guidance, and product measurements. 

Please note that eligible requests are processed as an exchange or store credit only. No payment and  refunds will be issued.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must remain attached

• Items must be free from stains, scents, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for exchanged items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
