Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location and postal service.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must be attached

• Items must be free from stains, scents, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for return items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item or size, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order through our store.
